Titanium dioxide – is an inorganic substance, which is used in the form of fine powder as a water-insoluble white pigment.
Titanium dioxide gives the matt appearance as well as hardness, durability and corrosion resistance to the paint film. Rutile crystalline form of titanium dioxide is more durable than its anatase form.
